Question can we RP cannon ancients like Rome, Germania, Mama Greece ect. and still have a OC. FYI I'm claiming Pangea (AKA Mother Earth who's the mother/grandmother of the Ancients and some of the modern day nations) if that's alright. Although it may be hard to RP her because she doesn't really have a "culture" or "traded goods."  |

Hmm if you feel you're up to controlling three characters, then yes. And while it would be interesting to have Pangea as an OC, the problem with that is that she's too vague a character, considering that Pangea was multiple countries in one landmass. There's also the fact that she was precceded by other supercontinents. We'd have to make all of them OCs in flashback bits =/

Hmm if you feel you're up to controlling three characters, then yes. And while it would be interesting to have Pangea as an OC, the problem with that is that she's too vague a character, considering that Pangea was multiple countries in one landmass. There's also the fact that she was precceded by other supercontinents. We'd have to make all of them OCs in flashback bits =/ Hmm...that's true. I play Pangea/Mother Earth on the TS boards. And she has this kind of vague history. All we know is that she's very very old, is connected to nature, is related to all the Nations in some way or another (Mother, Grandmother, Great-Grandmother) and can be found in images in all cultures as various Earth goddess. She generaly keeps to herself, but will occasionally pop up and talk to her family and give advice. She's still around only she's smaller and weaker than when she was younger. Does that help? I'm going to claim Mama Greece, mostly because I know alot about Greek history. For my other OC I'm going to claim Gaul. He's like Frances older braver more successful brother. Also should someone RP China? Because according to wiki he's about 4000 years old, and that would make him a child or young man at this time. |

One could argue it does but not quite. I'd have to ask a Turkish friend more on the subject though. |

I almost have my OC's stuff done. Only there isn't that much stuff on Gaul because not much is known about them.
