'The Alchemyst: Secrets of the Immortal Nicholas Flamel' by Michael Scott. Went on a 'Gone' and 'Peter and the Starcatchers' binge this week. Plans to reread 'Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy'. On the manga front, Pandora Hearts, Black Butler, a bit of Soul Eater, a bit of FMA.

Manga: up-to-date with Pandora Hearts and Soul Eater, currently reading Black Butler 4.
Finished Alchemyst, Peter and the Starcatchers, and Gone, and recently found all five original Hitchhiker's books online. Working on that now <3

I'm reading Asleep: The Forgotten Epidemic That Remains On Of Medicine's Greatest Mysteries. By: Molly Caldwell Crosby. It's about the Sleeping Sickness that struck million between 1925-1929 and then suddenly disappeared. It's actually frightening when you think about it.....

'The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo', by Stieg Larsson. A girl in my French class said it was her favorite, so I looked around for it. I'm not far enough in to know what it's about, but from what I read online, it has a violent!fem!version of L Lawliet. Orsomething. Soyeah.

I'm reading 'Wicked' from Gregory Maguire. It was the last copy at Target at the time. I considered Percy Jackson too.

I was reading "October,a crime".The principal character was awful, the history too short and the murders were really obvious.

Just finished it and it was amazing and reminded me of alot of Good Omens. I'm going to suggest it to all my friends, co-workers, and acquaintances now. That's what I thought, too. There were actually a lot of scenes that reminded me of Good Omens. (Which, along with Death: A Life, is the favorite book of my best friend and me. That sentence sounds off, but whatever...) The ending of Death: A Life always makes me tear up a little, though. Awesome! I've never met anyone online who's read it except a handful of reviewers on Amazon.
